Vincenzo Cerundolo works in the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine, Oxford. Vincenzo studied medicine at the University of Padua, Italy, specialising in Oncology, and subsequently moved to the UK to work with Alain Townsend on antigen presentation. He now has a Chair in Immunology at the University of Oxford and is Associate Director of the MRC Human Immunology Unit. Recent work in his own laboratory has focused on T-cell responses to tumours, especially Melanoma and on the analysis of CD1 restricted T cell responses.
